Britney shops at Target

Here's the ever-lovely Britney Spears, doing some shopping at Target. If this were US Weekly, I suppose this post would fall under "Stars! They're Just Like Us!". But I'd like to think most of us don't look this haggard while shopping at my Mecca Target. Sure, she's covered up her "goods", but would it kill her to do her hair? Or perhaps try to appear as though she isn't hungover? Is it that hard?
