Pete Doherty, famed scag bag and ex of the lovely Kate Moss has walked free from his bail hearing. Charges of him breaching his bail hearing were dropped on a technicality; as he did not make it to the court within 24 hours of his arrest. The lucky lad must have been patting himself on the back at that one. The hearing only lasted a couple of minutes as the lawyer said, 'The court has no jurisdiction to deal with
this matter any more.'Anyone arrested for a breach of bail must be brought before the court and dealt with in a 24-hour period.
