Pete has spoken to Q magazine about his ex, saying that she actually thought his music was a bit crap. You and the rest of the world, Kate. (Or me, at least).
“In a way it’s good because you know they’re not with you just because they like your music. But it’s sad. The fact that Kate didn’t like my songs was always a bit of a choker.” Pete shared in an interview with the magazine.
He also reveals that drugs are a hindrance, rather than a catalyst, when it comes to songwriting: “It’s not conducive to concentrating and playing and singing. I tend not to get a lot done when I’m battered.” HAH! Really, Pete? I bet they're not conducive to making a relationship work either, eh?
Poor, poor Pete. If people don't like his music, what else has he got to fall back on? The looks? The media profile more like.
