The idea of a Wags Workout DVD is hardly a new one, with Coleen already in on the action with her New Body Workout, but int his case we're dealing with unknown WAG's. Yep, I don't recognise a single face, and though my extensive research has discovered that they are Nicola Tappenden, Lisa Munday and Melissa Johnson- apparently Victoria and Alex were busy. I love the fact that with the standardized exercise routines (during which make up always remains perfect) they also give out make up and style tips such as 'match you lippie to your manicure' and other gems.
