Always popular with members of the royal family, hat designers, and teenagers trying things on in Debenhams wedding section, "fascinators" are enjoying a wider appeal at last - thanks to what shall forever more be known as that hat. So what do you think? SJP really needs that extra something to elongate her face, does she?
