Russell Brand is a scamp isn't he? Latest tale from his exploits is possibly the strangest yet. He's apparently 'spent the night' (wink wink) with the granddaughter of Argentine revolutionary Che Guevara.
The comedian met 'Lydia' while the pair were both in New York and shared a room in the Four Seasons Hotel, according to The Sun.
"Russell is leading an amazing life in America at the moment. Girls are throwing themselves at him. He is in his element, making the most of all the attention," a source told the newspaper. "He happened to meet Lydia when he was out for dinner. They hit it off and she went back to Russell’s hotel suite. He impressed her with his musings about Alexander the Great and other powerful leaders he has been reading about on his travels."
