Coldplay confirm Girls Aloud support

Girlsaloud What will all the indie kids say? About what? Well, Coldplay have confirmed that Girls Aloud are to support the band at Wembley Stadium next year.

Earlier today, it was reported that the pop five-piece would join Coldplay for the band's UK stadium tour, which has now been confirmed for Coldplay's newly-announced date at Wembley Stadium on September 18th.

Coldplay have now lined up four UK stadium dates for September 2009, with Jay-Z to support at three gigs and Girls Aloud at one.

Coldplay have a few miserable fans who might not be best pleased at this news...

Coldplay was a good a band, now they are turning into a bit of a joke. They have lost the plot. What on earth is Coldplay thinking in doing a Girls Aloud collaboration. That has put me off Coldplay even when they were good in the old days. I say listen to Travis, they are much more cooler than coldplay and they are not trying to be someone who they are not. This collaboration is like seeing Linkin Park doing a collaboration with the Pussycat Dolls. Oh yeah, Travis are probably planning to do a collaboration with Sugababes at some point in time. Yuk!
