Ricky Whittle has been arrested on suspicion of assault. The Hollyoaks star and Strictly Come Dancing boogler was reportedly involved in an incident in Liverpool this morning, the Daily Mail reports. A Merseyside police spokesperson said: "A 29-year-old man from Billinge, Lancashire, has been arrested on suspicion of assault. He remains in custody where he will be questioned by officers later today."
"The arrest follows an incident in which took place in Duke Street, Liverpool City Centre, in the early hours of Friday morning. The incident involved a collision with a male pedestrian."
It is believed that the other party involved was 34-year-old photographer Steve Farrell.
It is, as yet, unclear whether Whittle's shirt flew open as he braced himself to lamp someone, only to fall slowly to the floor to show off his glistening 8-pack. It probably did. Shirts seem to hate Ricky Whittle don't they?
