Now, everyone thinks they're splitting up again. It's almost like the band is cursed like it was built on an ancient burial ground or something! Heidi Range has put rumours to rest on the future of the group, after rumours kicked off after they had been dropped from their US label. In a recent message posted on the group's official website stated: "We have never been 'signed' to Roc Nation for a scheduled album release in America."
Range, who is currently promoting a new fitness class with Virgin, has now confirmed the band will not split up.
She said: "That rumour has been flying around for the past nine years! If we were going to split up I'd just come out and say it but we're actually having a great time. We're off to India next week and then we're back in the studio to record some new tracks."
Hmmm.
Meanwhile, Ex-Sugababer Keisha Buchanan has reportedly been lined up for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.
According to The Mirror, the 25-year-old popstar has been approached by the BBC about competing in the upcoming eighth run.
"Keisha was thrilled when asked to be part of the show. But she is a little apprehensive," said a source. "In the Sugababes, it was all about the singing. They never really danced. So the training would be really hard for her.
"Her pal Alesha Dixon saw her solo career really take off after Strictly and she's hoping that it could help her, too. She has so much on, it depends on whether she can fit it all in.
"But she is seriously keen. It's one of the only reality shows she would ever consider."
