Li-Lo's jail sentence 'delayed so she can pose for Playboy'

Oh the American justice system.

Just when we thought Lindsay Lohan might have to spend a good couple of months banged up in a cell, we hear that her 30 day jail sentence (of which she'll probably spend six days maximum in jail) may have been postponed so she can pose for Playboy.

The Mean Girls star was sentenced to 30 days at an LA court yesterday for probation violation after failing to complete community service for shoplifting a necklace.

But, TMZ claims the judge has given Lohan until November 9th to surrender herself so she can complete a lucrative shoot with the infamous adult magazine.

According to the site, Lohan's lawyers told judge Stephanie Sautner that the actress would be in breach of her reported $1m (£626,000) contract with Playboy if she doesn't complete the shoot this week.

So, the judge 'cut her some slack', allowing her a week to surrender.

Officials from the LA Sheriff's department also told TMZ that Li-Lo will "be out [of prison] without even having to change her clothes" due to standard prison restrictions because of overcrowding.

Oh well, at least we won't be blinded by her bronzer for a few hours.
