Reality TV round-up: X Factor, Strictly and I'm a Celeb in thirty seconds

Who needs catch-up telly when you've got us?

  • After Frankie was booted off the show, viewers voted for Amelia Lily to take his place on the X Factor. She belted out The Show Must Go On for Queen vs Lady Gaga week. Louis (who seemed to spend a lot of the show gurning), Tulisa and co rated Amelia and Mischa B (who ended up in the bottom two with Kitty), while Marcus and Janet almost sent us in to a coma. Lady GG took to the stage on the results show, before striking up an unlikely friendship with Kitty after she was sent packing. More on that in a min. Amelia's now odds on to win the show.
  • Over on BBC1, Strictly was heating up (mainly because Harry Judd tipped the leader board with an ah-mazing Argentine Tango. Oh Harry, how we love you so...). The judges also loved Chelsee, Jason, Anita and Holly who performed with Anton rather than injured partner, Artem. Anita ended up in the bottom two with Audley, who left the comp. We'll miss him. Next week, Strictly hits Wembley.
  •  I'm a Celeb kicked off last night, and there's fireworks already. Mark Wright and Dougie McFly kept us entertained with their silly chat while old-school actress Stefanie Powers tested our patience. The celebs were split in to two teams: Mark, Fatima, Antony, Crissy and Lorraine skydived in to the camp, while Stefanie, Dougie, Willie and Jessica-Jane headed there in kayaks. Freddie Starr turned up late after insurance issues to join Stefanie and co. The two teams then went head to head in a Scales of Justice bushtucker trial. Freddie's team lost and ended up being dunked in fish guts. Yummy.
