This news has made a cold Wednesday morning far more bearable. Gavin and Stacey co-writer Nessa (Ruth Jones) has confirmed that there will "definitely" be another episode of the hit comedy show. And there might even be a musical in the pipeline!
Speaking to The Evening Standard, the actress (who's just dropped four dress sizes) said: "We will definitely be doing another episode of Gavin & Stacey.
"We
wanted to do a Christmas special but it keeps getting moved back. I
would have liked to have done it this year but I have a new ten-part
series and James has just started a play. He's also just become a dad so
we've been pretty busy. But James and I are very close and will keep in
touch about a new show."
How exciting. We can't wait to have Bryn, Pam and Smithy back on our screens. And the musical?
"We'd love to do Gavin & Stacey: The Musical," she added. "I know it is something James wants to do too.
"I saw Billy Elliot on stage the other day and I thought it would be something good to do. It's something I would definitely be up for."
