Is Lindsay Lohan heading back to the dock?

The actress is reportedly being sued for reckless driving after she allegedly hit a woman pushing a pram on a crossing in 2010.

Lindsay was apparently at the wheel when nanny, Nubia Del Carmen Preza was hit while crossing the road in West Hollywood. She is now seeking unspecified damages for the injuries she allegedly sustained in the crash.

Reports at the time of the accident were conflicting. Some witnesses claimed Lindsay didn't see the pedestrian and pram on the crossing, while others have apparently told American website TMZ that three of the prams wheels became airbourne when it was hit because of Li-Lo's reckless driving. The child in the pram was unhurt.

Lindsay has spent the last few years in and out of court - and prison - for a number of offences including shoplifting.
