Adele has apparently pulled out of an television special for the channel after her Brits acceptance speech was cut short by James Corden last week.

According to the Daily Star Sunday, the singer was in talks to appear on a new primetime show hosted by Christine Bleakley. But, since ITV execs were forced to apologise for cutting her acceptance speech short so Blur could make our ears bleed, she's now declined their offer. Oh, and will apparently appear on new BBC1 show, The Voice instead.

"Adele is the biggest British name in music in the world at the moment and her refusal to work with ITV will hit them hard", a source told the newspaper.

Suddenly Damon Albarn doesn't seem that important anymore...
