After years of being together, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally decided to tie the knot. Brad even helped design the ring himself, with a little bit of help from Hollywood jewellery designer Robert Procop. He's been Angelina's private jeweller since 2010 and Jolie (and her leg) was spotted wearing the diamond ring on Wednesday evening. The couple have hinted more than once that they might get hitched - apparently their kids have been asking questions about why mummy and daddy aren't married.
The ring itself? Apparently it suits Jolie's slender fingers, and rather unusually has an elongated tablet shape centre diamond. There's then a galaxy of smaller stones surrounding this. (Yes, a galaxy.)
It's easy to think that Brad has been dragging his heels in popping the question, but the ring has taken a year to design and create. Wowsers. It would have been easier to pop down to Argos, Brad. Elizabeth Duke have some lovely cubic zirconia bits already made up.
