Cheryl Cole warned to give up smoking
Pop princess Cheryl Cole has been warned to give up smoking if she's to preserve her voice. She's back on the music scene with her new single Call My Name and record company bosses insist that this is the third and final time they're going to warn her about giving up the evil weed.
Sources told the Sun that she's tried to give up before and this time will be even tougher with the 'stress of her new album' (yep, up now her life has obviously been relatively pressure-free).
But the rumour could just be a little bit of tit-for-tat. It's come after Louis Walsh said that vocals weren't up to scratch and that no one ever hears her sing live (he might have a point, she's no Adele). But Louis said that after Chezza criticised his management of Girls Aloud. Everyone's having a bit of verbal fisticuffs (which will probably end in Cheryl returning to X Factor next year in the biggest publicity stunt ever).
Either way, the Geordie giving up smoking can only be a good thing, can't it?
