Is Amy Winehouse getting married?
Recent reports have suggested that Amy Winehouse is set to
marry boyfriend Reg Traviss.
The pair have been dating on and off since 2009 - a relative AGE in celeb land.
Traviss told The People: "Amy and I have been talking about getting married. We are looking to book something very soon."
He continued: "I am thinking of getting something sorted in the next six weeks for the end of the year. I love Amy very much, she's a wonderful, talented, lovely girl."
We love Wino, too, so let's hope that her stint as a wife is a lot more successful this time round.

Date for new Amy Winehouse album?
Since Amy Winehouse released Back To Black she's basically done little more than get blind drunk, muck a marriage up and have some new boobies put in. Shame really because everyone loved her for her talent as opposed to her soap operas. Since that time, a spate of singers have come along to fill the void (Paloma Faith and Co), showing that we all still have an appetite for her noirish '60s pop. Well, there may be good news on that score!
Basically, pop-pickers, Amy Winehouse hopes to release her new album by the New Year.
A source told the Mirror: "It's been an incredible past few weeks for Amy. She has completely turned her life around. It has been a long time coming - and she's been writing songs for what seems an eternity - but finally Amy is satisfied and believes she has an album worthy of a four-year wait."
"She's held meetings with the record label, Universal, and they are putting everything into promotion. A lot of the material covers her romance with Blake Fielder-Civil and their acrimonious split, plus, or course, her battle with the booze and drugs," the source said.
"It is very raw and very personal - it promises to be another classic. She is now narrowing down the material and hopes it'll be on shelves by the New Year."

Amy Winehouse: Back in hospital
Oh dear. There's rarely any good news about Amy Winehouse like 'She's got a new album coming out and it is brilliant!' or 'Amy Winehouse rescues pensioner out of a drain'. It's always a bit depressing and troubling. This sniff of a story is no different as it is reported that she's back in hospital after a heavy drinking session left her feeling rather poorly. You read that right - 'poorly'.
According to The Sun, the troubled singer was admitted to The London Clinic in Mayfair at the weekend - her fourth hospital visit in six months.
A source told the newspaper: "She's there because she had a load to drink and was really unwell afterwards. Not just sick, really poorly.
"But as she really likes it in there, she was happy to go in for a few days. She's spending more time in the clinic than anywhere else at the moment."
Winehouse's last hospital stint came in April after she was said to have bruised her new boobs in a drunken fall.
If she's not careful, she's going to end up like Jimmy Savile... all bling and bad tracksuits hanging around the local hospital all the time with a dodgy haircut.
Hang on...

Amy Winehouse: Charged with assault
Amy Winehouse has pleaded guilty to assaulting a theatre manager at a Christmas pantomime last year. Panto? It's hardly known as the place for a scrap is it? Anyway, Winehouse has been charged with common assault and a public order offence after an altercation with 27-year-old Robert Pound at Milton Keynes Theatre in Buckinghamshire on December 19. Oh dear.
Winehouse has been ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 in costs and given a two-year conditional discharge, BBC News reports.
District judge Peter Crabtree said: "Mr Pound is a person whose job involves interaction with the public. If he's assaulted he deserves the court's protection... In this case it's obvious that alcohol played its part."
Of his sentence, he added: "It may be harder than a fine because you have now got to stay on the straight and narrow for the next two years."

Amy Winehouse: From dealers to healers
Well, after battling (ie Enjoying) drugs for too long, Amy has paid to fly a Caribbean healer over to the UK to help beat her addictions, according to reports.
Related: More Amy Winehouse news
The singer apparently met guru Peter Hippolyte while living in St Lucia earlier this year and has now asked him to take healing sessions with her in London to help curb her partying lifestyle.
Hippolyte spoke to Heat magazine and said: "We hug each other, we kiss each other and I put my hands on her shoulder. I tell her not to worry and we sing to each other. When I come to the UK, I will use my hands to help heal her and use my psychological healing to organise her mind."
He continued: "We will say prayers together and she will drink bush tea with antioxidants. I have healing hand and I talk to her and explain things to her. She's a wonderful girl and she believes in me. I am coming back to England to help her."

Winehouse granted quick divorce
Amy Winehouse has divorced estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil, reports say.
The couple were granted a Decree Nisi at the Family Division of London's High Court this morning after two years of marriage.
It is thought that Fielder-Civil, who filed for divorce on the grounds of adultery, could seek a share of Winehouse’s £10 million fortune.
He was alleged to have fathered another woman’s child after meeting her in rehab earlier this year.
A spokesman for Winehouse told The Mirror: "She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. She has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She’s finishing off her album and in good health."

Amy Winehouse indulges in topless Scrabble
Amy Winehouse indulges in a lot of unusual, and sometimes dangerous, pastimes. However, recent reports have to be some of the strangest. The singer has been photographed enjoying a topless game of scrabble in St. Lucia.
According to The Sun, Amy was invited to play the word game with some fellow holidaymakers on the Caribbean island. "While taking a break from her usual antics on the beach, Amy spotted some people playing Scrabble and decided to offer her spelling knowledge," said a hotel guest. "But only after whipping off her top! It was quite a sight."
Earlier this month, the 25-year-old was photographed playing the board game with a reporter and joked: "We could get a rude word in... I am trying to think of something clever. No, I ain’t got the right letters for rehab."

Amy Winehouse saves woman from drowning!
It's something of a relief to spread some nice news about Amy Winehouse after her troubled times over the past couple of years. The singer has been dubbed a heroine after rescuing an injured woman from drowning. No, not from the bottom of a pint glass...
Winehouse was relaxing on a beach in St. Lucia when she saw Louise Williams being hurled from a boat during a sailing lesson. "A six-foot wave caught the boat and I went flying and hit a rock," Williams told The Sun.
"Amy was on the beach 20 metres away and she ran across immediately and said, 'Let’s have a look at you.'" Williams, 39, said that Winehouse saved her from being swept away by the tide and that she helped clean and bandage her wounds.
"I was bowled over by her kindness. She went out of her way to help me...It shows there’s another side to her." When asked about the incident, Winehouse would only say: "I thought she was going to drown."

Amy Winehouse collapses
Amy Winehouse was taken to hospital after collapsing over the weekend. It's claimed that this collapse is a drink and drug related seizure.
A spokesman for the singer said her hospitalisation on Sunday was due to a "bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed".
However, a friend told The Sun that the singer went on a 24-hour binge after a blazing telephone argument with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. The source said: "They had a screaming row. She was beside herself after the call - and she just totally lost it. It didn't stop until she was on the floor on Sunday. She has ended up in hospital a few times after similar drink and drugs related seizures. If she carries on, one of these incidents will be her last."

Blake loses appeal
Blake Fielder-Civil has lost an appeal against a prison sentence for assaulting a pub landlord in 2006. Oh dear. Things go from bad to worse don't they?
The Court of Appeal in London ruled that Amy Winehouse's husband had no "justified complaint" about the sentence, according to the BBC.
Fielder-Civil, who married Winehouse in 2007, was given 27 months in July for assaulting James King outside a pub in Hoxton, East London.
He also admitted to perverting the course of justice by trying to bribe King to withdraw his complaint. Fielder-Civil had lodged the appeal when he was expected to remain in prison until December. However, he was freed three weeks ago and admitted himself into a rehabilitation centre as part of the condition of his early release. Speaking about the lost appeal, he sad: "I am disappointed but not really surprised."

Amy Winehouse's silent illness
Friends fear troubled singer Amy Winehouse may never sing again after damaging her voice.
Friends fear the singer - who was hospitalised last weekend with a chest infection, at first thought to be the return of emphysema - has damaged her voice through her drug-fuelled partying and may never record another album.
Record bosses allegedly claim work on the follow-up to Amy's award-winning 'Back To Black' LP is "going slower than hoped" because of her health problems.
A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "She's struggling. We just hope the wait is worth it. She's got the genius in there, it just takes more coaxing to get it out these days."
However, a spokesperson for the star insisted there was no need to worry about her lack of material.
He said: "Amy isn't on a deadline with her album.
"The last album's still selling. She's in and out of the studio working but the record company hasn't seen the final result yet. Amy's fine."
The 'Rehab' star was rushed to hospital on Saturday (25.10.08) for scans after fears she had a return attack of the debilitating lung disease emphysema - which she developed and was treated for in June this year.
Amy was treated at The London Clinic, the same place she has previously undergone treatment for her drug problems.
The scans the 25-year-old singer was given were precautionary measures to check emphysema had not returned.

Amy Winehouse hospitalised again
Amy Winehouse has been hospitalised in London with a suspected chest infection.
The troubled singer was rushed to hospital on Saturday (25.10.08) for scans after fears she had a return attack of the disease emphysema - which she developed and was treated for in June this year.
Amy - who is still battling drug addiction - was visited by a doctor at her London home last Thursday (23.10.08) but was rushed to The London Clinic after her condition worsened.
The centre is the same place she has previously undergone treatment for her drug problems.
A friend said: "Amy is in hospital being checked out for a chest infection. She is not back in rehab. She should be fine and is expected to return home soon."
Amy, 25, was worryingly thin and had yellow teeth as she was admitted to the hospital. The scans she was given were precautionary measures to check emphysema had not returned.
Amy is currently working on her new album, which she has said she wants to have ready for the time her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is released from jail at the end of this year. He is being held on counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice and grievous bodily harm.

Amy Winehouse on suicide watch
Amy Winehouse is reportedly on suicide watch after threatening to kill herself with a knife.
Amy, 25, is said to be on suicide watch after apparently holding a knife to her chest and saying, "What's the point in living?"
It is claimed the 'Back to Black' singer is obsessed with the idea of dying young and was left distraught after her husband Blake Fielder-Civil - currently serving a 27-month sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice - turned down early parole from prison, leaving Amy saying she is "caught up in a nightmare".
A source close to Amy told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Her friends managed to get the knife away from her but are now holding a 24-hour suicide watch.
"Amy has a death wish. Her emotions are exaggerated She is either high all the time or when she hears something she doesn't like, she's suicidal.
"She is all for this stupid Sid Vicious notion of dying young. She is not scared of it and believes it is her destiny."
To add to Amy's woes, her father Mitch has allegedly received a violent and threatening letter from Blake, 26.
Mitch has handed the letter to police, but fears he will risk his relationship with his daughter if he chooses to pursue the matter.
A friend of Mitch's told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I could hear Mitch physically shaking when he phoned to tell me about the letter. He couldn't even bring himself to read it out loud as it was just too sickening.
"But he told me that Blake described graphic scenes from a horror movie, in which Mitch is the victim. Part of Mitch wants to pursue this further with the police, maybe even taking out a restraining order. But then he is worried about it all driving a wedge between him and Amy."
Blake reportedly also sent abusive notes to rocker Pete Doherty - who was once his idol - earlier this year, warning him to stay away from his wife after he heard the pair were working on a song together.
Last month, Blake rejected the opportunity for early release to a rehab facility. He is currently said to be due to leave jail in December.

Amy Winehouse's Quincy tribute
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse and super-producer Mark Ronson are reuniting to record a song for a Quincy Jones tribute album.
The pair fell out when recording sessions for a proposed James Bond theme went sour - which resulted in Jack White and Alicia Keys providing the opening music to 'Quantum of Solace' - but have since settled their differences and are planning to record a track for a tribute album to Michael Jackson producer Quincy Jones.
A source said: "It's going to be explosive stuff. Amy first met Quincy backstage at the Nelson Mandela show in Hyde Park in June.
"He knew who she was and she was so thrilled to meet him. Her performance clearly impressed him - he was raving about her. This is just the opportunity she needs to show the world she has still got it."
Other stars rumoured to be appearing on the album include Mariah Carey, Usher and John Mayer.
Last week, Amy made a shambolic appearance at London's Berkeley Square Ball - an annual charity event in aid of The Prince's Trust.
She was attending the event to support her 12-year-old goddaughter Dionne, who was performing in a bid to launch her music career.
The troubled singer was supposed to sing backing vocals during Dionne's performance, but only managed to mumble a few words.
Later, she reportedly hit out at a fan who asked for an autograph.
She was heard sobbing: "This isn't a life - it's a mess. Life can't go on. I can't do this any more."

Noel Gallagher blasts 'junkie' Amy
Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has branded Amy Winehouse a "junkie f**k-up" who can't handle fame.
The Oasis guitarist says the singer, who has a well-documented problem with heroin and crack-cocaine, is a drug addict because she can't handle the pressures of fame and having a hit album.
He fumed to Blender magazine: "People like Amy have got no pride in themselves. My message to her would be, 'Go make another record, or did the pressure of this one fry your little brain so you became a junkie? I don't care for f**k-ups. If she carries on like this how will she end up? Who gives a s**t?"
This is the second time 41-year-old Noel, who quit drugs in 1999 without going to rehab, has blasted the troubled singer.
Earlier this week, 'The Shock of the Lightning' rocker claimed 25-year-old Amy would be dead before he writes another song.
Noel - who says he has a number of songs left over from sessions for Oasis' new album 'Dig Out Your Soul' which would be perfect for Amy - said: "I've got a backlog of 30-odd songs just sitting there. I don't know what the f**k I'm going to do with them all.
"Could I give them to someone else to sing? Well, there's a few that sound like girls could sing them, but who? F**king Amy Winehouse? She'll be dead before I write another one."

Amy Winehouse won't live forever
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse will be dead before Noel Gallagher writes another song, according to the Oasis guitarist.
The Oasis guitarist has a number of songs left over from sessions for the band's new album 'Dig Out Your Soul' which he thinks Amy, 25, would be perfect for, but believes her rampant drug use will kill her soon.
He told NME magazine: "I've got a backlog of 30-odd songs just sitting there. I don't know what the f**k I'm going to do with them all.
"Could I give them to someone else to sing? Well, there's a few that sound like girls could sing them, but who?
"F**king Amy Winehouse? She'll be dead before I write another one."
However, the 41-year-old musician thinks Welsh songstress Duffy would be a good match for some of his music.
He said: "That Duffy's alright. I could imagine her singing a few of the tracks. But I might put them forward for a film, although I don't want them to end up in any romantic comedies."
'Dig Out Your Soul', which includes single 'The Shock of the Lightning', is released on October 6.

Amy Winehouse's ugly birthday
'Rehab' singer Amy Winehouse refused to attend her 25th birthday party on Saturday (13.09.08) because she felt too "ugly".
The troubled singer would not leave her house after becoming distraught over her drug-ravaged appearance, leaving guests waiting at the bash - organised by close friend Remi Nicole - at London's Jazz After Dark club on Saturday (13.09.08).
A source said: "Amy was standing in front of the mirror telling everyone how rough she looked. Unfortunately, her lifestyle has had a major affect on her appearance and it's only just started to sink in.
"She kept saying she was ugly and was in an awful state."
Remi spent three hours trying to coax the 'Rehab' star out of her house, but eventually became so annoyed she left.
The source added: "They couldn't get her out. Remi and Amy had a huge row.
"Amy can be very selfish - there was no convincing her and she ruined the night for everyone, including herself."
Guests - including DJ Mark Ronson and singer Adele - began arriving at the event at 9.30pm and thought Amy was just running late, with her friend Blake Wood telling the owner Sam Shaker not to serve any food or drink or allow the band on stage until the singer showed.
However, just before midnight the revellers - which included Amy's mother Janis, who was on crutches - became tired of waiting and began drinking, while the band finally performed.
Sam said: "It was her mum Janis that I felt so sorry for. She was crying - she was so upset."
The party eventually ended at 2.30am, with many guests going back to Mark Ronson's room at London's exclusive Haymarket Hotel to continue the festivities.

Amy Winehouse's whiskey rider
Fears have been raised for Amy Winehouse's performance at this weekend's Bestival festival after she demanded 48 bottles of whiskey ahead of the show.
The troubled singer is set to headline the UK music event on the Isle of Wight this weekend (06.09.08), but organisers are worried it could become a disaster after she reportedly demanded the staggering amount of Jack Daniels bourbon.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It's common for artists to make requests for food and beverages before they arrive. But organisers have heard Amy has ordered in an extremely large amount of Jack Daniel's, in fact, a ridiculous amount that she and her team could not possibly consume during their short stay.
"Naturally there are now fears she is planning something wild. With Amy's record this can mean failure to perform or giving a shambolic performance. Whiskey is better than heroin - but not 48 bottles of the stuff."
'Back to Black' singer Amy is currently facing legal action after pulling out of Paris' Rock En Seine festival last week, citing illness.
A previous request by Amy ahead of a show in Dublin, Ireland, in July included two bottles of red wine, a bottle of vodka, a bottle of brandy, a case of beer and 40 cigarettes.
In July, Amy was hospitalised after collapsing at home, and diagnosed with the early symptoms of deadly lung disease emphysema.
It was also revealed this week Amy had suffered fits after a 36-hour cannabis smoking session also in July.

Amy Winehouse has taken up Buddhism.
The troubled star - who doctors reportedly fear could be brain damaged after a recent cannabis overdose - has been inspired by singer Tina Turner to seek solace in the religion.
The 24-year-old singer chants Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, a form of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Amy was introduced to Buddhist chanting by one of her musicians. She chants for 10 minutes in the mornings and just before she sleeps.
"Amy has also been watching the interview clip of Tina Turner chanting on YouTube and she reckons it's already affecting her in a positive way.
"She has a string of Buddhist beads that she chants with, which she keeps in a red silk scarf. She says chanting is filling her life with positivity."
Amy has endured a turbulent 2008. She has been in and out of rehab, involved in several drunken brawls, seen her husband Blake Fielder-Civil jailed and suffer numerous health problems, including scarring of the lungs.
The 'Rehab' singer is planning to dress up as a mermaid for her performance at the Bestival music festival on the Isle of Wight this weekend, for the '30000 Freaks Under The Sea' fancy dress theme.

Amy Winehouse 'brain damaged'
Doctors fear 'Rehab' singer Amy Winehouse could be brain damaged after a 36-hour cannabis smoking session led to an overdose in July this year.
Doctors fear Amy Winehouse could be brain damaged after a cannabis overdose.
The troubled 'Rehab' singer indulged in a 36-hour pot smoking session in July this year, which left her vomiting uncontrollably and hallucinating.
Medics also warned the hellraiser will die if she has another drug binge and worried she would break bones during a fit, which a friend said was "like something from 'The Exorcist'" - the infamous horror movie in which then-child actress Linda Blair projectile vomits pea soup after being possessed by a demon.
The star's pal has also revealed how the 24-year-old overdosed on a mixture of crystal meth, cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and ketamine in August 2007.
The source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The future is bleak. Mitch does everything he can to protect his daughter - but his 'explanation' for Amy's hospital dash in July was just untrue.
"She had smoked an inhuman amount of hash which resulted in acute cannabis poisoning. You have to take a s**tload of pot to suffer that severe a reaction."
The award winning singer is said to be so drug ravaged she will not be well for years.
Her friend added: "She is in need of years of psychiatry and medical treatment if she has a hope."

Amy Winehouse's Blake rehab
Amy Winehouse is set to check into a rehab centre just 15 miles away from the prison where her husband Blake Fielder-Civil is currently serving his sentence.
The troubled singer has reportedly been told to seek help following a shambolic performance at the V festival last weekend.
Amy is planning to book into the "small and friendly" Focus 12 Clinic in Burt St. Edmunds, Suffolk - just 15 miles from Highpoint Prison, near Newmarket, where Blake Fielder-Civil is serving his sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.
Amy's dad Mitch has given his full support to her plan, telling Britain's The Sun newspaper: "This is a very good idea. If she can get clean and still see Blake it can only be good."
Blake was moved to Highpoint Prison last month from London's Pentonville Prison and Amy had reportedly started house hunting in Suffolk in order to be nearer to him.
Focus 12 was reportedly recommended to Amy by British comic star Russell Brand who was treated for heroin addiction there in 2002 and is now its patron.
He is said to have asked Focus 12's chief executive Chip Somers to agree to treat Amy. Somers then contacted the 24-year-old 'Back to Black' star to offer her a place at the clinic.

Sadie Frost gets Winehouse-d
British actress Sadie Frost left Amy Winehouse's home with her dress undone and flashing her underwear after spending just 90 minutes with the singer.
The British actress-and-fashion designer entered the 'Rehab' singer's North London home just before midnight on Monday (18.08.08) looking glamorous with on-off boyfriend Kristian Marr.
When she left, Sadie, 43, looked completely dishevelled with her dress undone and her underwear on display as she got into a taxi.
A source said: "The zip of her dress wasn't done up properly and her jacket was tucked into the back of it. She was in a real state.
"Oddly, she left clutching a box full of junk, which had 'make-up/skin care bits' written on the top.
"When they came to leave, they couldn't open the front door.
"Amy said she had lost the key after locking it, so there was a bit of a panic as they tried to work out how they were going to get out."
Sadie, the ex-wife of Jude Law, announced she had given up drinking in 2006.
The mother-of-four is a member of the infamous Primrose Hill set - which also includes supermodel Kate Moss, Rhys Ifans and British actress Davinia Taylor.

Agony aunt Amy Winehouse
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has asked father Mitch if she can be an agony aunt on his radio show.
The troubled singer is reportedly keen to use her experiences to help others when her dad Mitch co-hosts a BBC London afternoon show on September 1.
Station assistant editor Justin King said: "Mitch and Amy are able to work really well together.
"There isn't a question this agony aunt can't answer."
In recent months, Amy - who has a history of drug-related problems - saw her husband Blake Fielder-Civil sentenced to 27 months in jail, was diagnosed with early signs of emphysema and was hospitalised when she collapsed after mixing up her medication.
A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Although she often gets herself into trouble, she is very honest, very caring and very perceptive when it comes to dealing with other people's problems.
"She is sick of all her problems being on everyone else's lips and really wants to focus on other people for a change.
"And she can help her dad pick some tracks while she is there."
However, Mitch has reportedly banned any Babyshambles or The Libertines records due to his dislike of Amy's friend Pete Doherty, who fronted both bands.

Amy Winehouse hospitalised
Amy Winehouse was rushed to hospital last night after a suspected drug overdose.
Amy Winehouse was rushed to hospital last night (28.07.08) after collapsing from a suspected drug overdose.
Paramedics spent 40 minutes at her London home after she suffered convulsions, while police were also in attendance to clear waiting paparazzi.
Amy was then carried out on a stretcher, covered with a blanket and wearing an oxygen mask.
Her father Mitch accompanied her and tried to play down the incident, claiming: "She's fine, she just mixed up her medication."
However, a medical source said: "An ambulance was called to a priority call involving a drugs overdose."
A fan outside the singer's home, Danny Saunders, is quoted as saying: "Amy was surrounded by police and wheeled to an ambulance.
"One of my friends said to Amy's father, 'Will she be all right?' He said, 'Yes, she'll be fine' but he looked upset.
"Amy didn't make a sound. We're all really worried."
Mitch later visited Amy at London's University College Hospital.
Asked how she was, the former taxi driver held up two bags of food and said: "This is how serious it is - I'm bringing her some Kentucky Fried Chicken."
Amy's spokesman Chris Goodman also claimed the collapse was as a result of medication problems.
He said: "She suffered a reaction to medication at home this evening and was taken to hospital this evening. Doctors have advised she will be kept under observation over night and is likely to be released on Tuesday."
A spokeswoman for the hospital said the 24-year-old was "bearing up well".
The 'Rehab' star was hospitalised last month with lung problems after collapsing at home.

'Proud' dad Mitch Winehouse
Mitch Winehouse insists he "couldn't be more proud" of his troubled daughter Amy.
Mitch Winehouse insists he "couldn't be more proud" of daughter Amy.
The former taxi driver - who was recently hospitalised with stress after dealing with his troubled daughter - says his pride for the 'Rehab' singer will never fade.
As he unveiled Amy's waxwork at London's Madame Tussauds museum yesterday morning (23.07.08), he said: "Nobody - as a family - nobody could be more proud of their child. I mean, she's a wonderful kid, she's a great girl, and we're extremely proud of her."
Mitch also spoke about reports Amy is keen to have five children as soon as her husband Blake Fielder-Civil - who has been sentenced to 27 months in jail on charges of GBH (grievous bodily harm) and perverting the course of justice - is released.
He added to UK TV show 'GMTV': "It would be great to be grandparents. If Blake cleans up his act, as I'm sure he will do, they'll have a wonderful life together and we can look forward to being a happy family."

Amy Winehouse's twin wish
Amy Winehouse has revealed she wants at least five children and twins with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
Amy Winehouse has revealed she wants at least five children and twins.
The troubled singer insists she and husband Blake Fielder-Civil - who this week was sentenced to 27 months in prison for GBH (grievous bodily harm) and perverting the course of justice - are ready to start their family.
She said: "I love kids. To be honest, I think kids have got a lot more going on than adults. They've got their heads screwed on a lot better. Blake and I can't wait to have kids. I want at least five kids, and I want twins.
"Blake is going to be the most amazing dad. When Blake was about we talked about it all the time. We'd like to have identical twins. Blake had a dream that we had a girl who was dark like me. And then I had a dream that I had one older, like 18 months old, dark like me and identical twin babies. I want twins so I'll keep going until we have them."
Amy also revealed she would be just as happy with Blake if she was a housewife.
She added to Britain's OK! magazine: "I really enjoy ironing. If I was a housewife with Blake we would like in Camden. Blake would work from home. He's got all his cameras at home and his projector, and he would just live in his little editing room and edit his films. And I'd sing to him."

Amy Winehouse's husband sentence
Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in prison yesterday.
Amy Winehouse's husband was sentenced to 27 months in prison yesterday (21.07.08).
Blake Fielder-Civil, who pleaded guilty last month to charges of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and perverting the course of justice, had begged Judge David Radford to let him walk free so he could help stop Amy taking drugs.
Blake's barrister Jeremy Dein QC, said at East London's Snaresbrook Crown Court: "They are very much committed to each other and their ambition is to divorce themselves from hard drugs and not separate themselves from each other.
"Knowing the nation's glare is upon him, Mr. Fielder-Civil has every possible motive to rehabilitate himself in the way he has already shown he is fully committed to doing. He knows if he fails, an appointment with calamity awaits, not just for himself but for his wife.
"He can now see that hard drugs are to be regarded as nothing other than a smiling assassin. He wishes now to become a role model for Miss Winehouse but he knows it would be impossible for her to alienate herself from drugs if he continues to befriend them."
Amy, who has attended most of her husband's previous court hearings, was not present at the sentencing.
Dein had also urged the judge to give Blake a community order, a suspended sentence or prison term of no longer than 18 months. Blake has already served around nine months.
As he announced his sentence, Judge Radford said Blake had behaved in a "gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful" way.
Blake, 26, and his friend Michael Brown admitted to attacking pub landlord James King in 2006, leaving him with a broken nose and cheekbone. King was later offered £200,000 and a holiday in Spain to drop the charges.

Amy Winehouse's comic sanctuary
Amy Winehouse is to stay at late British comedian Frankie Howerd's "healing sanctuary" after her mother discovered the Somerset home helped a friend overcome alcoholism.
Amy Winehouse is to stay at late comedian Frankie Howerd's "healing sanctuary".
The troubled singer's mother Janis hopes the move to the quiet house in Somerset, South West England, will help her overcome her drug and drink problems after hearing it assisted Chris Byrne - a friend of the comic star - in beating alcoholism.
The £800,000 property is currently on the market but Chris is considering turning it into a drug rehabilitation centre after Janis contacted him about the possibility of sending 24-year-old Amy there.
Chris, 41 - who lives in the dwelling with 'Carry On' star Frankie's former manager and partner, 80-year-old Dennis Heymer - said: "Janis said she wanted to come down and bring Amy as it might help her. Janis seems to think there may be something in the atmosphere of the place that has healing.
"I told her if the house does not sell I would turn it into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre."
The house is currently a tourist attraction, and also hosts concerts.
It is open to the public as a museum of Frankie's collection of memorabilia to raise fund for charities.
Frankie died at the age of 75 in 1992.

Watch Amy Winehouse lamp a fan at Glasto
Been at least a week since we had a Winehouse story... I think. But we couldn't not bring you this footage of the spectacular right hook she gave (or tried to give?) a front-row fan at this year's Glastonbury. According to the wise festival gnome Michael Eavis, they tried to honk her baps, and as a result 'jolly well deserved it'. Other people say someone 'grabbed her hair'. Well, maybe they're both right. Maybe she has hairy baps.

Amy Winehouse has emphysema
Turns out Amy Winehouse is not the robust picture of health we all had her down as, after all. If a scraggy-haired pasty scarecrow offers you a toke of a crack pipe, kids, just say no. It's not sweets. Anyway she has early-stage emphysema, which is a lung disease, but she's probably not going to die immediately. According to her dad: “The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs it won’t just ruin her voice, it will kill her.”
He also revealled his daughter has an irregular heartbeat, but that her work is good for her, and had she not performed recently in Moscow and Portugal, “she could have been dead by now.” Ms. Winehouse is scheduled to sing on Friday at a London concert celebrating the 90th birthday of Nelson Mandela and also plans to take part in the Glastonbury music festival on Saturday. But you know, don't hold your breath. Give some of it to Amy.

Amy Winehouse's stupid busby hair
I mean, what is it? Seriously, what's the story, Amy? Are you trying to clear the height limit so you can go on a roller coaster? The normally humourless Daily Mail, to their credit, have run some excellent - truly excellent - shots alongside this one, including one of a Royal guard which is much funnier than it has any right to be. Amy was on her way to perform in Moscow last night for Chelsea FC tycoon Roman Abramovich, so maybe this is her 'performance hair'. Like that's an excuse.

Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty - mouse clip dance remixed

Like the perma-filth coating the skin of these two, this song is growing on me. Remember Janice and Joey's Day Of Fun? Well this is the pasty, British, drug-addled version of it, without the fun: Amy and Pete Doherty, you'll recall, filmed themselves squeezing some innocent baby mice. The RSPCA have been informed and are searching through Amy's hair for more animals as we speak, etc etc. Anyway, some genius called Bill O'Reilly has remixed the event to a dance beat... and the results are over the page:
Thanks to our spiritual cousins at fellow Shiny Media site My Chemical Toilet for heading up the link.

Amy Winehouse acts 'funny' on the motorway
If there's one person we don't see enough pictures of... on a daily basis, in fact every bloody hour, in all her every-way-you-look-at-it-horrible tragic graphic self-destructive glory, it's Amy Winehouse. I wonder - what has she been up to? What does she look like now, I wonder? How's she been? Hope she hasn't lost any weight or gone off the rails or had any tattoos or anything like that!
So hurrah for Heatworld who have no qualms about delivering fresh Amy news to our Amy-starved eyes, in the form of these latest images of the singer. They think they're really funny. She looks distressed, angry, frightened and perhaps a bit confused. She's standing in the middle of a motorway. Funny? I bet you laughed when Britney shaved her head, too, didn't you? Alright, bad example.

Amy Winehouse plans to divorce her Blake
She might be married, with her grotty hubby Blake Fielder-what's-his-face currently avoiding dropping the soap in his prison showers, but that hasn't stopped Amy Winehouse bagging herself a new fella. This new lucky chap, 24-year-old Alex Haynes, is her manager's assistant and has been described as a "clean-cut mummy's boy", just like Blake then, eh? This month-long romance has blossomed despite Alex not smoking or drinking, and now the Wino is working out how best to tell her imprisoned husband that she wants a divorce. Good luck with that one.
A fortnight ago, Amy is said to have consulted with financial gurus on how best to hold on to her £10 fortune and though she has told Blake that the love has gone, she is stalling on divorce talks. A source close to the sizzled star told the Sun: “Amy doesn’t want the truth coming out because she doesn’t want him reading things that will upset him in case he tries to do anything silly in jail. She does care about him still and has been trying to be seen to support him through his jail ordeal — but she just doesn’t want to be with him any more.”
So, why has Amy turned to Alex and what about all those icky public demonstrations of love for Blake? The source explains: “She has been fed up for ages and saying she wants to call it a day. All Blake does is scream and shout at her on the phone from prison and curse at her and his family blame her and criticise her. The pressure has been building and building and while she was away working with Mark Ronson she had time to think about everything."
"The trial is coming up and as it gets nearer and nearer the thought that he could come out has been on her mind — and it’s not what she wants any more. Even the thought of having to go to court and publicly support him and see his family has been too much for her and has been doing her head in. She has been turning up late and missing visits so she decided to just be straight with him."
“He burst into tears and was begging her. But once Amy has made up her mind, that’s it. While he has been inside she has not been faithful to him and got herself in a position where he couldn’t come back anyway because too much has gone on while he has been inside. She is filing for separation and making it official and has been celebrating ever since.”
Fingers crossed that away from Blake's influence, Amy can learn from her "mummy's boy" and rid herself of the drink and drugs, but after proclaiming undying love for one man only to replace him shortly after, how long can we give this new romance? And could Blake rival Heather Mills as the ultimate money-grabbing ex?

Amy Winehouse's record label say "no, no, no" to future releases
We all know what a naughty girl that Amy Winehouse is. The press publish photos of her doing crack cocaine, she wanders the streets in her bra and abuses her own fans at concerts, add to that all the woes of her beloved Blake Incarcerated and the girl ain't doing well. She's so notoriously blighted by her addictions that she even famously sang about them to score a huge hit (and probably some other stuff). But now her record label has had enough of her wayward behaviour. Yes, Universal Music has rolled up its sleeves and is ready to whip the beehive back into shape. Rate their chances much?
The company's European top-dog Lucian Grainge tried to clean up the Wino after the crack cocaine saga went public, but like her other attempts to sort herself out, the singer soon slid Back to Black. Now, the exasperated suits at Universal are determined that a stern ultimatum will work its magic with them threatening to not release any more of her music unless she ditches the drugs and the booze (and preferably that scabby husband).
An insider at Universal source blabbed to The Sun: “Amy has been reminded of her responsibilities. Unless she is clean she will not be allowed to release another album. She took notice when Lucian talked to her earlier in the year and agreed to go to rehab. But she didn’t take it seriously enough. They would never release her from her deal, they would just not put an album out.”
Hear, hear – well done Universal, after all no great music ever came out of drug-taking did it? The Beatles, Hendrix. etc. that was neither hear nor there. But more importantly, will Amy be bothered about all this? If some of her recent live performances are any kind of indicator, any music she'd release would sound shite anyway.

Amy Winehouse not off to rehab
Amy Winehouse, off to rehab again? Surely not. Doesn't she know that her popularity and album sales increase the more her life degenerates? We all knew the rumours suggesting that the singer was off to get some professional help were too good to be true, and sure enough – they were. When she sang that she didn't want to go to rehab, boy she really meant it.
"Amy's doing well. She is not going back to rehab at this time," commented her representative to US Weekly. "The problem" (wait! There's only one?) "is that her face looks bad because of impetigo - it's not a nice thing, but it's not related to drugs." No, it's probably more to do with living like a filthy tramp.
"(Amy is) having time off, recording a bit at her home studios, about to go back into the studio properly and working towards her husband's freedom." And by time off, he means hitting the crack pipe and back-combing her wig. Back to Black might be a best-selling album, but in her current state any new recordings would probably sound more like a drunken cat being garroted, than a Grammy award winning diva.

Winehouse to perform for Hollywood stars
If you were to host a fancy schmancy showbiz shindig, which star performer would you book to sing? Someone reliable. Someone charming and courteous. Someone not likely to rant about their incarcerated husband and forget their own lyrics. Apparently not, as rehab runaway Amy Winehouse is being courted to sing at a Hollywood bash thrown by top stars Julia Roberts and George Clooney.
The event is to be hosted by fashion icon Giorgio Armani and held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume in May. And how much could the Wino expect to pick up for her troubles? A whopping half a million pounds. Wow – those A-listers sure overpay for some off-key warbling and nervy dancing.
A source close to the Wino claims that "she hasn't really taken it in - and keeps saying that her life is getting more surreal by the second". That'll be all the drugs. The insider went on to explain how Armani wishes to chat to Amy about future collaborations. Who knew that ratty bee-hive wigs were so fashionable?

Amy Winehouse back on the drugs and booze
It's the news that no-one wanted to hear – the Wino has relapsed. After her family talked to the press about her impressive commitment to detox, the bee-hived singer has fallen back into her old, self-destructive ways. According to reports, she was only clean for about ten days in her bid to perform at The Grammys in the US, but has recently returned to taking cocaine, cannabis, ecstasy and booze.
Her performance at the BRIT awards last month prompted speculation that she was back to the drink, but new revelations from those close to Amy reveal she truly is Back to Black. One friend admitted: “On the first night in rehab she begged a friend to take her in some drugs. After that she did not take anything for a week to ten days. But that was just about trying to get her to the Grammys. Now we’re back to the dangerous levels of before.”
These "dangerous levels" include purposefully burning her hand with a lighter and shrieking: “My life is a shell of what it was. People talk to me and I just zone out. It’s like the whole world is now stillborn. Colours aren’t as bright, love doesn’t feel real. I don’t know who I am and I just feel numb.”
Commenting on the chaos, another of Wino's inner circle added: “We were sat around the table when she held a lighter over her hand and let the flame scar her skin. Amy has been up and down in a way she never was before. One minute she’ll be fine, the next she’ll be in a heap on the floor, screaming she can’t go on. She feels that rehab is turning her into some sort of zombie with no emotion.”
Amy is said to be house-hunting in the Buckinghamshire area, since moving out of her London flat and was snapped carrying a photo of her imprisoned hubby Blake Fielder-Civil as the removals took place.
Oh Amy – at Star Trip we've long lamented your personal problems and can only continue to hope that you get the help you need.

Amy Winehouse to launch fashion line, but would you buy it?
Look at any celebrity magazine and you are frequently faced with impossibly perfect looking specimens. Yes, we all know that many stars aren't adverse to some imaginative air-brushing, a touch of Botox or even a trip to the plastic surgeon, but when they look great, who's complaining? Whether we like to admit it or not, we nobodies often try to imitate the styles of our favourite stars hence the current trend for celebrity fashion ranges at high street stores. For Kate Moss wannabes there is TopShop, for Kylie or Madonna fans there is H & M and now comes a new brand from Amy Winehouse.
You read correctly Star Tripper. The troubled singer is moving into fashionable circles with a range of clothes and make-up based on her own, erm, inimitable style. So, what would such a collection be comprised of? Massive ratty bee-hive wigs? Transfer tattoos of topless women? Apparently, hairspray (as there's a real gap in the market for this?) and liquid eyeliner (for us to apply our own tear drops for Blake Incarcerated presumably.) But would you buy this? A fashion industry type thinks we will…
“I think this stuff would sell very well in London," claims the fashionista. "She [Amy] has become a fashion icon despite not always looking too fresh.” That comment makes her sound like days old milk, but a chum of the singer agrees that the Wino is a style icon in the making.
"Amy’s style has been copied by girls around the country and there’s a lot of money to be made. It’s a very distinctive look. She wants to bring out a range of cosmetics and fashion products. There could be hairspray, head scarves, liquid eyeliner, perfume. All the things that are distinctive of her look.”
Let's cut the crap. In this instance by saying 'distinctive' you mean no-one else would want to share it, surely? Would you want to dress like the Wino? Loser husband accessory optional.

The Brit Awards: Who won, who lost and all the backstage gossip
So what did we all think? Yes, it was bawdy chaos but that's to be expected, hell it's the only reason I bother watching. The Osbourne clan was as reliably amateurish and embarrassing as we could have hoped for as the night's hosts (especially Sharon, for such a seasoned TV star she really brought the crazy) and there was the much touted appearance of Amy Winehouse. And not only did she awkwardly tug at her dress and dance in that squirmy fashion that suggests she needs the loo once, but twice!
Awards wise, 90s comeback kings Take That got all emotional over their two gongs (Best Live Act and Best Single) and the Arctic Monkeys were apparently so full of naughty words that they were cut off midway despite picking up Best British Group and Best British Album for Favourite Worst Nightmare. Rock gods The Foo Fighters couldn't be bothered to make the trip to London, so Dave Grohl made some cheeky thank you speeches via a video tape for the group's two wins for Best International Album (Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace) and Best International Group. Oh and there was plenty more…
Kylie jigged about to that god-awful Wow song and snagged Best International Female. Kanye West, like the Foos, picked up his Best International Male award via a VT, while Kate Nash and Mark Ronson won as the Best British Female and Male respectively. Mika scored with the Best Breakthrough Act and Adele took home the Critics Choice award in its debut outing. In a show-stealing performance Sir Paul McCartney reminded his money-grabbing soon-to-be ex how he came by his fortune with a great medley to celebrate his Lifetime Achievement gong.
The gossip from backstage is all a bit girly, with question marks over some notable Girls Aloud absentees with neither Nadine Coyle or Cheryl Cole's wedding ring in sight. But of course, whatever she does has tongues a-wagging and so the appearance of the Wino generated the most buzz. Yes, she turned up. Yes, she sang (albeit pretty screechy at moments.) She gave her obligatory mention of her locked up hubby (as if anyone could forget) and looked quite sauced. But no, surely this couldn't be. We all know that she's been trying to clean up and get her act together, what's that you say Heatworld insider? That the Wino got bladdered. Please do elaborate.
"Amy was enjoying herself," reveals the source. "She had a few drinks and she wanted to party. She has been under so much strain and it was really nice to see her letting herself go and having a good time." Letting herself go? I think we're a bit past that stage love. How going on a bender is any reward to a life spent on a bender I don't quite understand, but if you missed all the debauched antics hop on over to our sister site, My Chemical Toilet, for a real-time look at the night's winners, losers (Leona Lewis) and more.

Amy Winehouse's hubby trades her pictures for drugs in jail
Just as his famous missus seems to be cleaning up her act, Blake Fielder-Civil, the rat-faced husband of Grammy darling Amy Winehouse, is hitting rock bottom. New reports claim that the jailbird has been flogging signed pictures of the Wino to his fellow inmates in exchange for drugs. Holed up in north London's Pentonville Prison, Blake trades the pictures for a "Joey" (don't ask me, my heroin drug slang is a tad rusty) as the other prisoners are confident they can get some money from the Wino merchandise on eBay.
A source told The Sun: "Blake has to pay for his gear somehow – and he has no qualms about cashing in on his wife’s fame. He’ll take orders from other inmates then ask Amy to bring in signed photos of herself during visits. He usually gets her to write a little personalised note to make it look authentic."
“Once he’s back on the wing he’ll swap these for Joeys. The boys think they’ll get a few quid for them on eBay. It’s not clear whether she knows exactly what’s going on . . . but she must find it strange that all these so-called prison hardmen have suddenly become starstruck Amy Winehouse fans.”
Blake recently over-dosed after taking contaminated heroin and has failed three random drugs tests.

Amy Winehouse's brother praises her fight to ditch drugs
The brother of Amy Winehouse has been talking up his sister's stint in rehab, claiming that she is now firmly on the road to recovery. The Back to Black singer won an amazing five Grammy awards on Sunday night and performed at the prestigious American music show via a satellite link up to a studio in London. Denied a visa to enter the US, the Wino seemed sober and energetic throughout her performances of Trouble and Rehab (though I could have done without the creepy shaking dancing.) Her parents were at her side to enjoy the celebrations and Alex Winehouse (their parents must like names beginning with 'A') really believes that that it is the start of things to come. "It (the night of the Grammys) was without a doubt the greatest night our family has enjoyed in a long, long time. For the first time in God knows how long, my parents were truly happy, and Amy was too."
"Detox was tough," adds Alex, "but she did it. She was as bright and vivacious as she had been before her demons took over. She didn't miss crack, she told me, and she was glad to be rid of it. Which was a nice thing to hear." Would this new-improved Amy be due to a little time alone from her incarcerated hubby Blake Fielder-Civil?

Amy Winehouse to move in with pal Kelly Osbourne
The troubled bee-hive has been spotted looking slightly healthier of late since entering rehab, and now Amy Winehouse might be enlisting the help of celebrity pal Kelly Osbourne in her bid to ditch the drugs. Unhappy to return to her flat (the one in that crack pipe video), the Wino is said to be making plans to move to the Osbourne's family estate.
Obviously the Osbournes have a bit of space to spare on their mansion estate in Chalfont St. Peter, Bucks. so there will be no need for Amy to kip on the floor or bring her own sleeping bag. Instead, she can look to the support of a showbiz clan that have all been there, done that. A source tells the 'Daily Mirror': "Kelly is probably the most qualified of her pals to help look after Amy - she's certainly a better influence than Pete Doherty." Cos that's so hard.
"Kelly has always been there for Amy, they are very tight," explains the insider. "When Amy went into rehab, it was Kelly who picked out clothes to take in from her East End flat. She's patient, she has been there before with her dad and knew this time would come."

Amy Winehouse, Crack whore extraordinaire?
Oh dear. It seems if you're any kind of celebrity drug addict these days you need to be caught on video snorting coke / squirting blood at the camera / eating your own child. And now Amy Winehouse has gone and obliged by getting someone - a very good friend, obviously - to film her doing dubious think with a crack pipe. The date on the video display says 18th January this year, which would suggest La Wine isn't doing terribly well at cleaning herself up. But at least she's surrounding herself with people keen to alert the world to her plight. For a handsome fee, no doubt.

Shock horror! Amy Winehouse fans will be mourning the loss of The Beehive, after the “Back To Black” singer made a rash dash for a bottle of peroxide and a pair of scissors. Amy’s off-the-rails behaviour was all over the press last year with a cancelled tour, tears and trouble with the law. Now spotted sans signature hairstyle, the obvious Britney comparison is just begging to be made. If a change is as good as a rest, then let’s hope Amy‘s blonde revamp will be enough for her to kick the bad things in her life into touch and, unlike Britters, put 2007’s dramatic shenanigans behind her.

Victoria Beckham tops Blackwell's 2007 worst-dressed list
The lovely ladies at Catwalk Queen have been busy today, letting us know the full and juicy results of the Blackwell hot or not list. While 2007 may have appeared like the year for Victoria
Beckham to flex her fashion muscle, Mr Blackwell doesn't agree. The
fashion critic has named the Spice Girl as the worst-dressed star of
2007 in his annual round-up of celebrity fashion victims. "In one
skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty 'Posh' can really
wreck-em," Blackwell said of Beckham.
The stars to make the list include Amy Winehouse, who comes in at second place for her "exploding beehives and tacky polka dots below."
But it's not just the Brits who are under Blackwell's critical eye, Mary-Kate Olsen entered the list in third place due to her messy style and diminutive frame. "She resembles a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane," he said.
Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, also took a battering for her style choices last year in what Blackwell has described as one of the "most disastrous fashion years in recent memory." Really? I think Fergie's style actually improved in 2007.
Is Blackwell losing it? What do you think? Check out the full list below.
Mr Blackwell's Worst-Dressed List of 2007:
1. Victoria Beckham
2. Amy Winehouse
3. Mary Kate Olsen
4. Fergie
5. Kelly Clarkson
6. Eva Green
7. Avril Lavigne
8. Jessica Simpson
9. Lindsay Lohan
10. Alison Arngrim

Amy and Pete sitting in a tree, D-R-I-N-K-I-N-G
Now this truly has to be the friendship built in hell, or layers upon layers of irony and self abuse. The not so lovely Pete Doherty and the skag bucket Wino have been seen hooking up (but just 'platonically') recently. Pete was spotted turning up at Amy's at 4am yesterday , with a dusting of 'suspicious' white powder on his trousers. Honestly standards have really dropped.
Him and the Wino were purportedly working on their new track- 'You Hurt the ones you Love', but considering Pete has previously admitted to getting the extension loving lass off her face on Class A's twas probably not the best time to do it. Still, the song should be amazing, if these two can stop snorting long enough to compose it.

Amy Winehouse has a eulogy.. written pre Death by her Dad. Now that's real love.. right?
While the Winehouses and Amy don't seem to have the most tempestuous of relationships ( the comparisons are that of LiLo and Britters) I still can't help finding it slightly strange the Winehouse Senior spent some time composing a eulogy to his dearly undeparted daughter in hope fear she would pop her socks. Last year, when Amy suffered some drug induced problems (read addiction and a tattooed husband) her dad Mitch was so beside himself that he.. composed a eulogy. Whilst I might think more rational behaviour would be to hire a therapist or start feeding her (yeah, that's it. Food helps) he decided writing a sonnet was a better move.
"I wrote a eulogy for Amy myself last month. When she had her seizure and was taken to hospital, I really thought that could be it. "The doctors told us even a whiff of another drug could kill her. When I found out Blake had given her more drugs, I couldn't believe it. It was as bad as someone holding a gun to my daughter's head," her Dad said.

In the news: Weller praises Wino, Katona attacks Marsh and Ozzy's willy
- Keira Knightley might have established her name with Hollywood blockbuster films such as the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy and King Arthur, but the actress with body issues (she did call herself “big”) is keen to move away from them. She says, "I can't imagine ever doing another one. I had five months off from Pirates during the summer last year, when I made Silk and Atonement, and it was so great - I want to be able to explore emotions in smaller projects." So she wants to blight quality, mature films with her ‘acting’ instead of expensive American ones – got it. [IMDb]
- Paul Weller has defended tabloid favourite Amy Winehouse, calling her a “great role model.” The Modfather, who has worked with Wino in the past, is obviously hoping for a musical reunion: "She is an amazing, great talent and, despite what all the papers say, she is a great role model for people and I don't think the drugs and the drink and all that make a scrap of difference really." Tell that to the fans she regularly disappoints by cancelling her gigs. [Female First]
- Obviously determined to make the nation feel nauseous, Sharon Osbourne has been talking about her and husband Ozzy’s sex life. According to the X Factor judge, Ozzy is “like a rabbit, he’s terrible. Every song gets him in the mood for love. He’s just like that battery. Instead of that little rabbit they should have Ozzy’s willy banging a drum.” An image guaranteed to make stomachs lurch. [The Sun]
- Kerry Katona hasn’t been in the papers for a few days now and so has opted for the failsafe headline grabber: badmouth another celebrity. Over to Kerry: “I can't believe that stupid cow Jodie Marsh has married Matt Peacock. I think she's spent her whole life trying to be Jordan and now she's married Kate's ex. She's got sloppy seconds. How low can you go?” I don’t know Kerry, you tell me. [Now magazine]

In the news: Kylie for the Brit Awards, Wino wins MOBO & Sian Lloyd's bum
- Amy Winehouse scooped the prize for best female at last night’s MOBO awards. Beating Jamelia, Joss Stone, Corinne Bailey Rae and Beverley Knight to the honour, the bee-hived wild-child not only made it to the awards ceremony, but performed as well. Reports say she was a bit rubbish though. Damn – so close. [The Daily Mail]
- Kylie’s big comeback continues with news that the pint-sized pop princess will be performing at next year’s Brit Awards. The show’s organisers are also in talks with Robbie Williams, with rumours that he will come back ‘from the ‘dead’ by rising from a coffin. Can’t he just take the hint? [The Sun]
- Now I’m no Jamelia fan and frankly hate that Superstar song, but the long-legged diva has earned some brownie points by speaking out against the size zero craze: 'People like Nicole [Richie] are hyped as being stylish but they're emaciated. Why would anyone want to look like that?' Why indeed. [Now magazine]
- TV weather girl Sian Lloyd and Joseph star Lee Mead have won this year’s awards for Rear of the Year. The vote was in support of the Beating Bowel Cancer charity and at 49, Sian is the oldest recipient to be decorated for her derriere. Just proves that if you’ve got it, flaunt it! [The Daily Snack]

In the news: The return of Leona Lewis and Fiddy v.s Kanye
- After winning last year’s X Factor, Leona Lewis seemed to disappear. Now the warbling wannabe is back with new single Bleeding Love out in October. For your first listen click on the link – but please note you will be exposing yourself to a girly ballad. You have been warned. [Perez Hilton]
- A new week, a new Amy Winehouse story. The big-haired, ballet pump loving songstress was spotted with a blood-stained cloth wrapped around her hand as she exited a cab in Chelsea. Could it be this season’s must-have accessory? [Daily Mail]
- Is this the end of 50 Cent? The rapper promised threatened to retire if rival Kanye West’s album, Graduation, sold better than his, Curtis, when both were released on the same day. In the UK, it’s one-nil to Kanye and early sales in the US seem to be following suit. Better start working on your get-out clause, eh Fiddy? [BBC]
- "Recently I've been emotionally unstable, eating a lot and have been walking round with a massive smile on my face.” Apparently that’s what pregnancy does to Radio 1 presenter Sara Cox, who has announced she is expecting her second child. Congrats! [the Metro]

Winehouse's mum says Amy has lost herself
It has been her in-laws blabbing to anyone who would listen recently, but now Amy Winehouse’s mum has decided to tell her side of the story. Speaking to First magazine, Janis reveals that she no longer recognises her daughter: "Amy is playing Russian roulette with her health and musical gift. She's lost herself. We're not talking about my Amy. It's not someone I recognise. She has become her own stage creation.”
On her daughter’s drug habit, Janis admits to having been in the dark: "I knew she was smoking marijuana but not that she was doing class A drugs until she collapsed. She won't stop until she sees the point of stopping. When I saw her afterwards, I did not tell her to clean up, there was no point. I know all about class A drugs. I understand the process where the brain shuts out everything except the drugs. Talking to her about it won't make any difference." But talking to the press will help? Don’t give up on her mum – she’s still your gap-toothed sweetheart under the bad make-up and drag queen hair!

The Top 5 Rehab Stars: The Celebs who reoffend again.. and again
1
I don't know what the lure of illicit substances is, as for every wild high you get a definite down, but somehow stars keep on dabbling. Maybe it's the attraction of escaping from their own 'stressful' lives, or perhaps they just have inclinations towards the dark side. Whichever it is, there are some persistent bad boys out there that I thought I'd bring to your attention.
Number 1: Amy Winehouse
How could Ms. Winehouse not be top of the list? Amy is the most recent from our top five to go into rehab, entering on 14th August 2007. Unfortunately, however, she did not complete her recommended 6-8 week stay, checking herself out after just 5 days. There has been much speculation about Amy’s new husband, Blake Fielder-Civil being to blame for her drug abuse, but she recently spoke out against this, saying, "Blake is the best man in the world. We would never ever harm each other.” We wish Amy the best of luck for the upcoming weeks.
Number 2: Kate Moss
Kate Moss’s highly publicised rehab visit in 2005 resulted in the loss of many lucrative contracts for her, including Chanel and Burberry. She completed her stay at the Meadows Clinic in Arizona, staying for 30 days in total. Kate’s drug problem was exposed when pictures of her supposedly snorting cocaine where printed in a British newspaper. The pictures where taken in a London studio where Ms. Moss had been with then-boyfriend, Pete Doherty. Kate remained calm and collected throughout the whole affair, conquered her addiction and was not charged. Now we’d love to see Amy taking a leaf out of Kate’s book.
Nu Number 3: Britney Spears
In February of 2007, Britney Spears voluntarily checked herself into rehab after many reports of drugs and alcohol abuse. Pictures had been plastered all over newspapers and the Internet for weeks previously of her hard partying, and unfortunate flashing of her lady parts. Unfortunately, Spears had had enough after 24 hours, and checked herself out again. Her rehab attempt came weeks after her apparent collapse on New Year’s Eve, and her friend’s pleas for her to get help. However, Spears is still partying hard, and the release of her new single, Baby Boy, should hopefully help her get back on her feet, although it has received mixed reviews so far.
Number 4: Lindsay Lohan
Ms. Lohan, who has just turned
21, Checked herself into the Wonderland Centre in West Hollywood in January
2007, following three car crashes and four hospital visits, spanning over the
last two years. After checking out, she regularly attended Alcoholics Anonymous
meetings, although she later said she never considered herself an addict. After
another car crash in May 2007, Lohan entered the Promises rehabilitation
facility in Malibu when police found a ‘usable’ amount of
cocaine in her Mercedes Benz. She stayed there for 45 days, and later said, “it
is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am
addicted to alcohol and drugs.” Since then, Lindsay has been booked on felony
charges of possession of cocaine and transportation of a narcotic - in addition
to misdemeanour charges of driving under the influence and driving with a
suspended license. She was later released on $25,000 bail. In a
statement released later that day by her attorney, she was said to be “safe,
out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
Number 5: Nicole Richie
Although Nichole has been arrested more than once, is pregnant with her first child and has done time in jail, she still claims that if she could go back in time and have a second chance to try heroin, she would still say yes. Richie was first arrested in February 2003 in Malibu, California, and charged with driving with a suspended licence and possession of heroin. After this arrest, Nichole, who was shunning rumours of an eating disorder at the time, checked herself into rehab to address her weight problem. Nichole has recently announced her first pregnancy and told friends she is loving her new curves and boobs.

Snoop offers his hood to Winehouse
Don't be alarmed! It's not that kind of hood.
Snoop Doggy Dogg has offered the trainwrecked Amy Winehouse a place to stay in his American pad so that she can try and get over her drug problems. Hmmm. Can anyone else spot a problem here?
The rapper praised the 'Rehab' singer earlier this week for inspiring his latest album. Now he has gone a step further and offered his "hood" for her to hide out in while she battles with her personal problems. Snoop said: "I want her to know that if she needs a place to chill for a bit, my hood is her hood.”
Would you stop in the house of a bloke who once rapped "don't ask where we going... pimping and hoeing, drink pouring and weed blowing, you know it c'mon!" if you were in her state?

Amy Winehouse can't wait for babies
I suspect there'll be few gasps from any readers at the news that there's more worrying news from camp Winehouse. Following rumours of heroin addiction, domestic abuse and suicide attempts, to name but a few, the next on the list appears to be babies for Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
It's believed that Amy has told her friends that she can't wait to become a parent. Presumably she's either forgotten all the pre-rehab shenanigans, or perhaps she's the victim of rather a lot of hot gossip. However, what I want to know is how she plans to carry a sprog and stay so sickly thin?
A friend of the couple told the Daily Star: "Crazy as it seems, Amy reckons she'd be a great mum and Blake would be a wonderful dad. She really believes having a baby would help them put all their troubles behind them.
"I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's an announcement about a baby before the end of the year. Amy and Blake cannot believe all these doom and gloom headlines about them being on the verge of death."
Even her friends are calling this crazy, perhaps Amy might take a tip or two from that sort of opinion.

Amy Winehouse and husband reveal horrible injuries.. from each other?
Recent photos reveal shocking injuries on both Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, which both look like they inflicted them on eachother; with Blake's scratches looking like Amy had dug her claws in deep. No statement has been issued from the couple but they were heard screaming and shouting in their Covent Garden hotel, and then later seen with all their cuts and bruises. Amy's foot was bleeding and Blake had a limp. They've since been seen holding hands in public, so maybe this was just a (violent) lover's spat?
More scary pics after the jump.

Amy Winehouse snubs rehab despite overdose
When she sang against rehab, boy did Amy Winehouse mean it. The big-barneted songstress may have suffered a suspected drug overdose early Wednesday morning, but she has not checked herself in to The Priory clinic as has been widely reported. Instead Amy is rumoured to have holed herself up in a London hotel to recover after her ordeal.
Though first reported by the media as a collapse after ‘severe exhaustion’, all attempts to hide the more naughty origin of her ill-health were rendered futile after her father-in-law Lance Fielder told the press: "It was bought on by all her excesses. Yes, work is one of them, but there's the drink and drugs too. She's got to get a grip before it's too late." Amy was treated with an adrenaline shot and had her teeny-tiny stomach pumped. Come on love – let’s not be stubborn, rehab can’t be that bad. I’m sure its pyjama-wearing, group-hugging bliss.

Amy Winehouse lined up for Simpsons cameo
It seems that Amy Winehouse hasn't even confirmed rumours of a move to the States yet and she's already a bigger hit than the newly Americanised Beckhams. Of course, with popularity and media attention that means rumours will abound. The latest in what's sure to be a long line is that Amy will be guest starring in The Simpsons.
She's undeniably a big personality, and a girl you can't fail to notice, so is this a mark of her upcoming success in the US, or will her constant gig abandonment lose her favour with the American public?
A Simpsons insider said:
"Amy is huge in America right now. She was asked if she would consider
making an appearance on the show and she agreed. Apparently she is a
big fan.
"There aren't many details about the episode yet, but we do know she meets Lisa in a blues bar and teaches her how to sing." It's believed that the 'Amy Winehouse Simpsons episode' will air early next year.
That's an episode I'll certainly tune in for. No doubt the singer will make a fantastic looking cartoon character. She's already half way to looking like one in person, after all. Let's just hope this is one gig she turns up to.

Amy Winehouse to launch clothing range?
I don’t kid myself that I’m some undiscovered style icon – far from it. I’m most at home in pyjamas and fluffy slippers, but happily I admit to such shortcomings and accept my limitations. Not so with celebrities. They can do everything. And seemingly highest on the list of attractive side projects currently doing the rounds is the fashion line. Oh yes, you’re nobody until you have your mug in the window of New Look and hundreds of under-age girls wearing your sexy ensembles. Madonna’s done it, Kate Moss has done it and now the Wino herself could be dressing the female youth of our generation.
Known for scuffing about in ballet pumps, skinny jeans and cropped denim shorts (though not all at the same time), Amy Winehouse is said to be the name that big-name brands are chasing to sign up. A source blabbed to the Daily Star that “Amy is constantly being asked to create her own clothes range and the main area designers are interested in her working on is denims. Skinny fit jeans and denim shorts are the stuff she wears. Amy is of course interested in these offers, but her music comes first. She will be flattered to know that Calvin Klein is also keen to speak with her.”
Calvin Klein and Amy Winehouse working together, really or doth my eyes deceive me? The girl can barely turn up for her own pop concerts let alone preside over a clothing collection. And I wonder if garments produced will only come in her miniscule size, or can those of us that eat partake in her fashion foray as well? It seems such an odd marriage, someone who has publicly shed about half her body weight and who is only ever photographed in one outfit moving into haute couture. It’s like a vegetarian working at a butchers or Jade Goody writing a book, no wait…
