Bon Jovi Pities Pete Doherty
Jon Bon Jovi has managed to pull himself away from the bottle long enough to join the Doherty-haters and speak out about his drug problem. The ageing rocker insists he feels sorry for Pete, and is proud he was never a typical rock star who grew famous merely for his drug habits. 'Those people get a lot more attention. Like Pete Doherty. I hear he's great. But I've never heard a Babyshambles song in my life…I'd rather be doing what I'm doing.' And what exactly is that, Jon? Releasing box sets and live albums? Greeeaaat.
