Robbie's reunion with Take That on hold
Have you been getting excited about Robbie Williams getting back together with Take That? Well hold your horses because things aren't quite going to plan. The whole thing has been postponed thanks to Mark Owen's current personal problems. Bad timing, eh? Williams of course, began working on songs with his former bandmates in January after they met up in Los Angeles. According to a source, the popsters were due to continue their collaborations at a Wiltshire recording studio last weekend, but the plans were disrupted when Owen entered rehab.
Owen has come under fire in recent days after being forced to admit that he had cheated on wife Emma with around ten different women before their wedding last November.
Speaking of the impact on Take That's plans, a source said: "They were all heading down [to record], Robbie included, but the plan has been scrapped for now. All they care about is Mark at the moment and it wouldn't feel the same all of them practising for their comeback without him."
The insider added: "All excitement about the future is very much on hold because Mark's got to get better first."

Mark Owen: No more Mister Nice Guy (with ten different people)
Mark Owen has revealed that he cheated on his long-term girlfriend Emma Ferguson with around ten women before their wedding last November. The formerly loveable Take That singer told The Sun that he had a five-year on-and-off relationship with 24-year-old accounts manager Neva Hanley, in addition to a string of drunken one night stands with other girls. Although, in fairness, he did ever so well to keep it down to ten as it's pretty obvious that there's millions of women who would walk over coals just to nibble his ear.
Owen said: "I have been an idiot, a d**khead, a kn*bhead. All of the above and more. It's about me, my mistakes, nobody else is to blame. I don't know how many girls there were in all. Maybe ten.
"I have been living with the guilt. It has always been there - you carry it around with you. It held me back in my relationship with Emma. I wouldn't have done any of this if I had my time again.
"Emma is really strong and I know she will do what is right for her and the kids. I support that and I really appreciate that. She loved me - she still does love me - and I have let her down. That's the truth of it."
He claimed that he had not slept with any other girls since his wedding, adding: "I'm proud of that. I know it sounds really stupid but on our wedding day, for me the ring is really important and I want to be true to my word.
"This had to happen for me to move on. It would have always been there. I could never have been fully open with Emma, with myself, with anybody. Now I can. I can start again, that's how I feel. I wish I had realised about my drinking earlier.
"I really wanted for me and Emma to move on when we got married and not make the same mistakes. In situations like this people surprise you. Friendships and the words people send. I feel supported - an idiot like me."

Boyzone want to collaborate with Take That
Boyzone, fresh from a fist fight, have revealed that they would like to organise a collaboration with Take That for their next album.
The boyband admitted that their reunion was inspired by Take That and singer Stephen Gately suggested that they perform a track together in the future.
"It would be great although I don't know whether they'd be up for doing it," he told the Daily Star. "Please tell them I would love to do it. I'm a big Take That fan and they've definitely set the benchmark."
Gately proposed that the two acts do a song in the style of Girls Aloud and Sugababes' charity single 'Walk This Way'. Any suggestions for a song readers?

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow: Now bezzies?
After the recent success of the Take That reunion tour and the subsequent 'nothing' from Robbie Williams, cynics may well raise an eyebrow at what seems to be an end to the feud between Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams, prompted by the fact that the pair were seen together at a football match together. Could this mean another, full Take That reunion?
The former bandmates were seen having a good old time of it ahead of the Arsenal vrs Manchester United game at the Emirates Stadium.
"We've not spoken a word to each other yet - we don't know how this is going to go," joked Williams with his arm around Barlow, after Sky Sports commented on seeing the two together. "It could go either way this yet, mate."
Williams famously fell out with Barlow after leaving Take That in '95. However, the band recently spent time with Williams in LA, where Barlow described new material by Williams as "really good". Take That release new single 'Greatest Day' on November 24. Their album, The Circus, follows on December 1.

Gary Barlow's star death
Take That star Gary Barlow hates flying with other celebrities because he wants to be the most famous person on board if the plane crashes.
The Take That star was travelling from Los Angeles to London recently when he realised top chef Gordon Ramsay and soccer star David Beckham were sitting alongside him, prompting him to realise his demise would not make the front pages of newspapers if the aircraft went down.
He joked to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I could just see how that would be written, 'football star and top chef in plane crash.' Then in the last paragraph, 'pop singer Gary Barlow was also on the plane.' "
Gary was in the US with the rest of the band - Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange - to put the finishing touches to their new album.
After they had finished working on the record, the boys decided to take some time off and embarked on a road trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
Gary said: "We couldn't even figure out how to fill the car up. It's really rare for just the four of us to be on our own. It took us six hours to get up there but it was such a laugh.
"I love Vegas. We went to see the Cirque du Soleil show to get some inspiration for our tour. It was amazing, but I just kept thinking, 'That looks expensive.' "
While they were in America the band paid a visit to ex-member Robbie Williams, who now lives in Los Angeles.
Recent reports have suggested Robbie has become increasingly reclusive and is obsessed with aliens, but Jason insists they are wide of the mark.
He told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Robbie's looking really well at the moment. We went out for dinner and he was telling us he's been chilling out and writing a lot, but nothing with us.
"I don't know if it's all about UFOs but he'll be bringing something out soon."
Take That's hotly-anticipated new single 'Greatest Day' is out on November 24.

The Brit Awards: Who won, who lost and all the backstage gossip
So what did we all think? Yes, it was bawdy chaos but that's to be expected, hell it's the only reason I bother watching. The Osbourne clan was as reliably amateurish and embarrassing as we could have hoped for as the night's hosts (especially Sharon, for such a seasoned TV star she really brought the crazy) and there was the much touted appearance of Amy Winehouse. And not only did she awkwardly tug at her dress and dance in that squirmy fashion that suggests she needs the loo once, but twice!
Awards wise, 90s comeback kings Take That got all emotional over their two gongs (Best Live Act and Best Single) and the Arctic Monkeys were apparently so full of naughty words that they were cut off midway despite picking up Best British Group and Best British Album for Favourite Worst Nightmare. Rock gods The Foo Fighters couldn't be bothered to make the trip to London, so Dave Grohl made some cheeky thank you speeches via a video tape for the group's two wins for Best International Album (Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace) and Best International Group. Oh and there was plenty more…
Kylie jigged about to that god-awful Wow song and snagged Best International Female. Kanye West, like the Foos, picked up his Best International Male award via a VT, while Kate Nash and Mark Ronson won as the Best British Female and Male respectively. Mika scored with the Best Breakthrough Act and Adele took home the Critics Choice award in its debut outing. In a show-stealing performance Sir Paul McCartney reminded his money-grabbing soon-to-be ex how he came by his fortune with a great medley to celebrate his Lifetime Achievement gong.
The gossip from backstage is all a bit girly, with question marks over some notable Girls Aloud absentees with neither Nadine Coyle or Cheryl Cole's wedding ring in sight. But of course, whatever she does has tongues a-wagging and so the appearance of the Wino generated the most buzz. Yes, she turned up. Yes, she sang (albeit pretty screechy at moments.) She gave her obligatory mention of her locked up hubby (as if anyone could forget) and looked quite sauced. But no, surely this couldn't be. We all know that she's been trying to clean up and get her act together, what's that you say Heatworld insider? That the Wino got bladdered. Please do elaborate.
"Amy was enjoying herself," reveals the source. "She had a few drinks and she wanted to party. She has been under so much strain and it was really nice to see her letting herself go and having a good time." Letting herself go? I think we're a bit past that stage love. How going on a bender is any reward to a life spent on a bender I don't quite understand, but if you missed all the debauched antics hop on over to our sister site, My Chemical Toilet, for a real-time look at the night's winners, losers (Leona Lewis) and more.

Marks and Spencer sign up Take That
After the comeback of comebacks, Take That are being touted as the latest stars to sign up with department store Marks & Spencer. The four heart-throbs - Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald are to advertise the men’s clothing range (as the women’s wouldn’t fit properly) and are said to have already completed their photo-shoot with famed photographer Rankin.
A source explained: “It's a very clever campaign. An army of female fans have grown up with the band and will want to buy the same clothes for their partners that their idols are promoting." The store has yet to confirm the Mancunian foursome as their new representatives, but after the success of Myleene Klass, Laura Bailey, Twiggy and the others flouncing about in the women’s clothes, Take That seem a sensible choice for a sensible shop.

In the news: The Queen has a hissy fit and Leonardo DiCaprio wants to be Hugh Hefner
- It seems that royalty does not equate good behaviour as HRH recently threw what can only be described as a strop when asked to remove her crown. She stormed off saying, 'I'm not changing anything. I've had enough dressing like this,
thank you very much.'
[Metro ]
- Since the oh so public split from Prince William, Kate Middleton has found herself more in demand than ever. She tops Tatler's most wanted list, followed by Tony and Cherie Blair, with Jemima Khan in third place. It seems thew single life agrees with her; or from another perspective;- she's giving the public what they want! [The Telegraph ]
-We thought we'd heard the end of Take That, and that they'd gratefully retired to rock star heaven surrounded by sugar free alcopops and wanton young girls. However since reforming last year because of gambling problems pressure from fans it seems that they may have come up top trumps, with a song from their soundtrack to Stardust having been nominated for a top gong song. - I know Leonardo Di Caprio is a real life Lothario, with his sparkly eyes, baby soft skin, and butter wouldn't melt in his mouth pout, but apparently he's planning to take his playboy status up a whole level, by playing Hugh Hefner in a Hollywood biopic. Already a regular at the Playboy mansion Leo believes that Hugh's life is worth sharing... and I'm sure the scantily clad cast would just sweeten the deal. [Sky Showbiz ]

Spend your weekend with the Stars
It's been a long week, folks. I know we're all tired, hungover, or just plain sick of shopping and spreading Holiday cheer. (Bah-hum-bug.) But do you know what would make all of us feel better? Hanging out with celebs and royalty this weekend, that's what!
Today, if you're in Sandhurst, Berkshire, you can catch the Sovereign Parade with Prince William and The Queen. Prince Phillip will be there as well, but most importantly Wills will be in his military uniform! Hello photo opportunity!
Saturday is the X Factor III Finale at Wembley. Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, and Louis Walsh will be casting their final votes for contestants Leona Lewis and Raymond Quinn. Girls, hold on to your knickers, because it's rumored Take That might make an appearance to give some last minute pimping of their album coaching for the contestants. Yippee.
If you're not busy praying and roasting on Sunday, be a complete stalker and stop by Matt Lucas and Kevin McGee's wedding in Whitehall, London. Important folks such as Sir Elton John, Kate Moss and Charlotte Church are said to be guests. Bring your best paparazzi lens and enjoy the celebration and media frenzy.
And on a personal note, if anyone happens to attend the Sovereign Parade, I was serious about those pictures of Prince William. Send them my way. Ya know, for um, journalistic reasons.

Get set for Take That: The Musical
Well, it was only a matter of time, whether the band reformed or not. And since the Take That reformation is going so swimmingly, it's no surprise to see news in the Mirror that there's going to be a TT-themed West-End musical next year.
The band won't actually be appearing in the show – although I guess that may change depending on how the album sells – but it'll feature all the hits, doubtless shoehorned into some ludicrous plot about a hero who has to relight his fire before he's allowed back (home) for good, while wondering whether it could be magic etc etc etc.
One question: given Robbie Williams' reluctance to rejoin his former band, will there be a Robbie character in the musical? Either way, this looks set to take over from Mamma Mia as the hot ticket for the lucrative 'drunk women of A Certain Age' West-End audience.

Robbie Williams Seeks Professional Help
We've already heard from Robbie Williams' Dad today but now his Mum has told the media about the problems her son is facing. Jan, who is a qualified drug counsellor (handy that, Robbie), has told her son to seek professional help in Los Angeles, in the form of a psychiatrist.
Jan has encouraged Robbie to seek help in the past, saying: "He was in the depths of despair. I had to practice what I call tough love. I still loved him but I didn't like him very much." Robbie recently cancelled the Asian leg of his world tour, claiming "exhaustion".

Robbie Williams to Rejoin Take That? Yeah, Right...
Could Robbie Williams be rejoining Take That for their upcoming album? You might think so from a cursory glance at this morning's Mirror, which reports that the Robster "is in talks with his former bandmates to work on their album of new material". Cor, that's good news, eh? Or maybe not.
"We all hoped Rob would be able to join us on stage but he had his own tour and things got in the way," says Howard Donald. "But we speak all the time now, and he knows the door's always open if he wants to come and record with us or relive his Take That days in any way. We would love him to be on the album. Obviously he's got his solo stuff to focus on but he hasn't ruled it out."
So, hang on. That counts as "talks" does it? I'm off to ring up Christina Aguilera's people to suggest she joins me as I belt out Primal Scream's 'Rocks' in the shower tomorrow. She knows the door's always open if she wants to. Obviously, she has her mega-selling pop career to focus on, but she hasn't ruled it out. [Stuart Dredge]

Robbie Williams won't join Take That on stage.
Although Robbie Williams had intitially agreed to join his ex-Take That bandmates on stage for one of their Manchester gigs, Robbie has now pulled out. The story, revealed in today's News of the World, is that Robbie has decided he is too busy rehearsing for his own forthcoming world tour and preparing for the release of his new single, to join the lads on stage.
However, Robbie has agreed to do a one-off gig with the Pet Shop Boys - something he managed to fit into his schedule. All seems a bit cruel, doesn't it? Never mind, though. The Take That tour is blowing everyone away and is loved by all - who needs Robbie?! [Toni Kelly]
